Application of nanotechniques and instrumentation to both process nanomaterials and to build and characterize nanodevices. Includes a team project to design, build, and/or characterize a nanodevice. Emphasizes repair of selected equipment used in nanotechnology. Recommended Basic Skills prerequisites: INRW 0420, MATH 0320
