NETC 4380 - Big Data Analytics on Cloud Infrastructures

Prerequisites: NETC 3301
This course is designed to introduce students to data analysis and solutions using "big data." The student will perform lab exercises that will demonstrate how to implement cloud tools that analyze "big data," and publish results in cloud platforms. This course also uses a case study approach to provide students with the opportunity to experience creating a real-world application of big data analysis. This course prepares students for the Amazon Web Solutions (AWS) Data Analytics - Specialty certification.
