CHEM 1307 - Introductory Chemistry Lecture II
Prerequisites: CHEM 1305 or CHEM 1405 with a grade of “C” or better. Math Basic Skills Prerequisite: MATH 0410
Survey course introducing chemistry. Topics may include inorganic, organic, biochemistry, food/physiological chemistry, and environmental/consumer chemistry. Designed for non-science and allied health students. If a laboratory course is needed, the student should also take CHEM 1107 .
This course fulfills the Life and Physical Sciences foundational component area of the core and addresses the following required objectives: Critical Thinking, Communication, Empirical Quantitative Skills, and Teamwork.
