**Students currently in these programs will be able to complete their coursework by the summer of 2026. If a student is not planning to complete by that time, they are encouraged to reach out to their advisor to review other major options. 

The Customer Service Specialist Marketable Skills Award will prepare students for entry level employment in a variety retail, call-center and business settings.  Appropriate preparation for these occupations is ensured by the curriculum design and instruction methods used in the customer service industry.
