KINE 1130 - Chi Gung I This course introduces students to basic abdominal breathing and relaxation performed during static movement. Various controlled movement will be taught in order to develop inner body awareness and physical strength and flexibility. The focus of the class is to introduce students to controlled slow static movement for development for of health and wellness.
