Customer Service/Sales Operations Level 1 Certificate ♦


The Customer Service/Sales Operations program will prepare students for careers in a variety retail, call-center and business settings.  Appropriate preparation for these occupations is ensured by the curriculum design and instruction methods used in the customer service and sales industries.  Students will gain the ability to identify customer needs and present solutions.  The program will introduce students to proven sales tactics, consumer behavior, customer management, customer loyalty, effective relationship-building strategies, interpersonal communications, and public speaking for professionals.
