The Marketable Skills Achievement Award is a sequence of courses that allows students to obtain high in-demand skills or improve their current skills.

Marketable Skills Achievement Awards are embedded into A.A.S and Certificate program plans. Fulfillment of prerequisites is accomplished by following the program plan. MSAs are automatically awarded upon completion of the required courses. If an A.A.S or Certificate program plan is not being followed, please see the Program Coordinator to determine the requirement for completion of prerequisites for each course associated with the award.

The Information Security & Assurance MSA prepares students for both the SecurityPlus and Certified Ethical Hacker examinations. These are nationally recognized and high-demand certifications.
